Introduction :
Planetary Mixer is used in Bitumen Testing Laboratories to speed up the process of preparing cylindrical specimens for Marshal Stability Test. The mix is uniformly heated and mixed to yield homogeneous mix of better moulds for testing. Bowl Capacity 5 Ltr. approx. The same mixer with heating jacket and some modifications can also be used for mixing of soil, cement paste, mortars, pozzolanas etc. Detailed specification as follows:
Salient Features:
Electrically operated with PLC & Touch Screen HMI Controlled model.
Fitted with heating jacket, Stainless Steel paddle and Electric Motor for thorough mixing of Bitumen.
Electric Motor is connected to epicyclical type stainless steel paddles to impart both planetary and revolving motion for uniform mixing.
The mixer has variable different speeds for mixing.
Mixer blade has variable speed range maximum up to of 300± 10, while it also has a variable planetary movement of maximum up to of 130± 5 rpm
Stainless Steel paddle is fitted inside the stainless steel bowl of approximately 5 liter capacity with handle.
The 500 Watts heating jacket with energy regulator to control the temperature of mixture is fitted below the bowl.
Thermostat controlled temperature control system operating with help of touch screen HMI.
Complete unit is supported on a strong iron frame.
External body of the unit is powder coated in attractive shades.
4.3" touch screen HMI for control all parameter of operating like variable speed,timer and automatic up and down system.
Suitable to work on 230-220 Volt, 50 Hz, Single phase, AC Supply.
